As we predicted last week, Robin's losing streak continued today as she took the same pick as Crackhead Bob for the Mike Walker Gossip game.  Nice pick Robin and your streak is now at two weeks in a row.  (5-26)

Howard played a news clip today that mentioned former FCC Chairman Michael Powell might be taking over for retired commissioner Paul Tagliabue.  According to Robin, they need a business man to keep baseball going.  Artie then pointed out that Tagliabue was the commissioner for the NFL, not MLB.  (5-23)

Robin was back to her losing ways today.  Her luck ran out playing the Mike Walker Gossip game this morning and we feel this is going to be the start of a very long losing streak.  (5-18)

Howard talked about the rumor that the new Superman movie cost upwards of $300 million dollars.  He explained that the reason is all the special effects and a minute of film can cost $1 million dollars.  Howard said that if the film is an hour and a half it could cost....Robin then interrupted and said, $190 million dollars!

Let's check the figures.

An hour and a half is 90 minutes.

90 * $1 million = $90 million.

In Robin's world, 90 * $1 million = $190 million.  (5-18)

Howard started the show today talking about the David Blaine "magic" trick and how Blaine failed to set a new world record for holding his breath.  Robin screeched, Houdini never failed!

Obviously Robin didn't do any research before making her statement:  Houdini Failed.  (5-9)

When talking about how much money Mission Impossible 3 made during it's opening weekend Howard asked, how much is 48 and 70? (the totals for US and foreign ticket sales in millions)  Robin stuttered and stammered, we guess she taking off her shoes or looking for calculator to add the two enormous numbers together and said, a little over what, 112?  (5-8)

Today Howard played a clip of  "Theatan Seven" Tom Cruise saying he could run seventeen miles an hour.  Benji calculated that out to Cruise running a mile in three minutes & 52 seconds.  Fred Googled and found that the current world record time is 3:43.  Robin then proclaimed that Cruise's time was faster then that of the world record.

In Robin's world, 3:43 > 3:52.  (5-4)

This just in from Robin Quivers......Jason Lee was the son of Bruce Lee that died during the filming of The Crow.

And all this time we thought it was Brandon Lee.  (5-4)

Howard said today that since Beth was out of town lat night, he watched his favorite adult movie, The Devil In Miss Jones.  He marveled at the fact that when he put the movie in, it began playing from where he last stopped watching, even though he had taken the movie out of the DVD player.  Robin said, that's not possible.

We were amazed that Robin wouldn't know almost all DVD players include the feature, Resume Play, since she is such an authority on all topics.  But just so she will know, Resume Play will let you begin watching from where you stopped the movie last - even on up to six movies if you have a Sony DVD player.  (5-3)

Robin showed off her sports knowledge today with this gem: Nobody in the Major Leagues has ever thrown back to back no hitters.

Artie quickly corrected Robin by informing her that Johnny Vander Meer had accomplished the feat in 1938.  (5-2)
